This Refund & Cancellation Policy details how you may cancel your paid membership with the American Nonprofit Association (ANA) and the terms governing refunds. It applies to all transactions made on americannonprofitassociation.org.

2. Non-Refundable Premium Memberships
ANA’s premium membership (\$45 annually) provides immediate access to valuable resources including downloadable grant templates, live mentoring sessions, and AI-powered tools. Due to the immediate access and value provided, all membership payments are final and non-refundable.
No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for any unused portion, accidental purchases, or periods of inactivity.

3. How to Cancel Membership
To cancel your premium membership, you may:
- Log in to your member dashboard and follow the provided cancellation steps, or
- Send an email request clearly stating “Cancel Membership” to hello@americannonprofitassociation.org.
Upon cancellation, your premium membership remains active until the end of your current annual billing cycle. You will not incur additional charges unless you renew manually.
