The American Nonprofit Association (ANA) is a Georgia-based 501(c)(3) public charity providing digital resources, mentorship, and tools to support small nonprofit organizations. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of ANA’s website, member portal, and related services (“Services”).

You agree not to rely exclusively on AI-generated outputs for important compliance, legal, or operational decisions.

5. Payments and Premium Memberships

Premium memberships are billed annually at \$45 and offer enhanced tools and resources.

By purchasing premium membership, you acknowledge:

• Payments are non-refundable. (See Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.)
• Premium access begins immediately after verification.
• Membership renews automatically unless canceled via your member dashboard or by contacting hello@americannonprofitassociation.org before the next billing cycle.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. ANA does not store your complete credit card details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to:

• Share login information.
• Impersonate other individuals or organizations.

ANA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or otherwise misusing resources.
